Ms. McReelis, Mrs. Yandt and the rest of the staff and grade 7 and 8 students at Dunsford DES, would like to acknowledge the amazingly generous idea, coordination, and running of the Bake Sale Booth by Sara Kelly and her lovely daughter Ruth Kelly-Kobel. Also, thank you to Leah and Vikki Cooper who helped to set up the booth and man the station. To say that we could have not done in without you is an understatement, more like it wouldn’t have happened at all without you!
The Bake Sale Booth would like to thank and acknowledge all the fabulous volunteer bakers who donated so generously of their time and talent to provide our booth with a great array of treats and goodies. We were able to sell out, thereby helping to support the Grade 7 and 8’s in their end of the year school trip. We were able to raise $950 to go towards the trip. They will now be given money to pay for their lunches. A bakers’ dozen “Mahalos” to our fine Dunsford BAKERS!
We would also like to thank those who made monetary donations to the sale. Some of the baked donations received were: brownies, candy apples, fudge, bread, banana loafs, Cookie dough bits, peanut butter balls, muffins, buns, cookies, pies, cakes, red velvet cakes, butter pound cakes, butterfly M&Ms, animal crackers, pumpkin bread, party mixes, cookies, cupcakes, chocolate pretzels, muffins and scones and much, much more!!!
